The Hotel is situated in the unpolluted nature of the Šumava protected landscape area. It is located 1050 m above sea level on the Churáňov mountain hillside. The windows and terraces offer a beautiful view of the foothills of central Šumava; healthy forest vegetation, abundant forest berries, interesting mountain flora, and a mushroom picker's paradise.

The purposefully and simply furnished rooms with their own bathroom, TV and SAT create conditions for a comfortable and affordable stay. The Hotel has an accommodation capacity of 143 beds in two-bed, three-bed, and family four-bed rooms. The Hotel also has three suites.

Guests can enjoy a sauna, fitness centre, children's corner, tennis courts, billiards, table tennis, and a playing field for ball games.

The sale of hygienic and daily needs, information, telephone calls, and other services can all be found at the reception desk in the Hotel.

The Hotel's restaurant has a wide variety of dishes available, including specialities. The Hotel's kitchen is capable of handling special gastronomic events upon special order (pig-slaughtering, Old Czech Banquet, bashes). The restaurant has a capacity of 100.

The Hotel's lounge is prepared for social gatherings. It has a capacity of 60 and the utilization of office equipment is available (PC, Internet, TV-SAT, video, projection screen, flip chart)
